Join us on August 20th for Scandinavian Saturday! This is a special series featuring a different Scandinavian coffee roaster on the third Saturday of every month! We’re super excited to bring in some exceptional coffees which until now have not been available in the Capital Region. We’ll be serving two unique coffees via pourover - a Costa Rican and a Kenyan.
Remember this event is on a first come, first served basis! These coffees are extremely rare and most months SELL OUT by the early afternoon, so please plan accordingly!
This month’s featured roaster: JACU COFFEE
This month's featured Scandinavian Saturday roaster is Jacu Coffee from Alesund, Norway. Started by three friends in 2011, the roasting company is named for the jacu - a bird that is known for eating only the highest quality cherries from coffee shrubs in producing origins. They use this inspiration in selecting only the highest quality green coffee they can find. Look forward to trying a single farm coffee from Costa Rica and a multiple farmer coffee from Kenya.
