Picking up immediately where our Intro to Coffee Tasting class left off is Advanced Coffee Tasting. This class is geared towards folks who have a good understanding of how and where coffee grows and are ready to take their coffee tasting knowledge to the next level.
With direction from SMCo's Director of Coffee Matthew Loicono, attendees will immediately dive into professional coffee cupping routines, blind tastings and comparison cuppings. Emphasis will be placed on utilizing the SCAA Taster's Wheel and the Coffee Lexicon to describe the coffees sampled in class.
Class size is limited to 10 and will fill up quickly. Attendees will take home printed class notes and also receive 10% off all store merchandise during the hours of the class.
