SMCo Coffee School: All Things Aeropress

Though many attempts have been made at revolutionizing coffee brewing methods, none have seemed to have as big an impact on our current coffee culture as the Aeropress. Invented in 2005 by Alan Adler, the Aeropress has gone on to have enough appeal among baristas and home brewers to have a World Championship competition in its honor.

What seems to attract people to the Aeropress is its portability, ease of use and a seemingly infinite number of ways to brew with it. Superior Merchandise Company is proud to present All Things Aeropress - a class devoted to introducing and experimenting with the Aeropress, to be held on Monday, May 15th at 6:30pm.

Attendees will witness and taste Aeropress brews of traditional recipes as well as a number of variations on other recipes. Time will be allowed at the end of class for folks to try out the brewers as well as have individual questions answered for current Aeropress owners.

Two ticket options are available, one including an Aeropress + filters ($50) and those of you who already own an Aeropress can simply come for the learning ($25). Class size is limited to 10 and will fill up quickly. Attendees will take home printed class notes and also receive 10% off all store merchandise during the hours of the class.
